We build a trade-by-trade critical path schedule and phase plan to align inspections, material deliveries, and crew sequencing for a smooth, predictable build.
CONTRACT
FINALIZATION
We reconcile final pricing, scope, allowances, and schedule, then execute a fixed agreement so everyone is aligned before mobilization.
FINAL REVIEW

We conduct a last comprehensive review of plans, budget, schedule, and selections to secure written approval and officially authorize construction to begin.
CONSTRUCTION
We execute the build through foundation, framing, MEPs, insulation, drywall, finishes, and final inspections while managing schedule, budget, quality, and communication daily.
PUNCH-OUT
We complete final touch-ups, address outstanding items, verify quality standards, and prepare the home for final walkthrough and client handoff.
CLIENT
HANDOFF
We conduct the final walkthrough, deliver warranty documents and maintenance guidance, transfer keys, and officially welcome you into your completed home.
