It typically takes from the time of shovel in the ground to move in about 9-12 months.
Not at all. Many of our clients come to us with a vision, not a set of blueprints. Our design-build process helps you develop the right plan from layout and materials to finishes and functionality.
On average our homes are priced around $800K, however we build homes that range between $600,000 and $2+million for the build cost excluding cost of land.
