How long does it take to build a custom home?
Most custom homes take 8–14 months from groundbreaking to move-in, depending on size and complexity. The design phase typically adds 2–4 months before construction begins. We’ll give you a detailed timeline during your discovery call.

What does the Home Design Package include?
The design package includes your discovery call, brainstorm design meeting, concept plan development, plan revisions, and an itemized price quote. You’ll have a complete set of plans and a firm cost estimate before committing to build.
How much does a custom home cost?
Every home is different, but we provide fully itemized estimates so you know exactly what you’re paying for. During your discovery call, we’ll discuss your budget range and what’s realistic for your goals.
Do I need to have land before starting?
No — you can start the design process before securing your lot. In fact, having a design in progress can help you evaluate lots more effectively. We can also help you assess potential sites.
Can I make changes during construction?
Minor adjustments are normal and expected. We manage change orders transparently — any changes are documented with pricing before work proceeds so there are no surprises.
